This is a really easy and simple way to do your cashew cheeze.
- 2 cups of cashews, previously soaked overnight
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 garlic clove
- Celtic salt (few pinches) and pepper
- 1 handful of dill
- 2 teaspoons of hemp oil
Use a food processor or a hand blender and mix all the ingredients for approximately 1 minute. Add more hemp oil depending the consistency you prefer.
After a minute you will have a proper creamy cheeze.
