Cashew Cheeze

This is a really easy and simple way to do your cashew cheeze.


  • 2 cups of cashews, previously soaked overnight
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 garlic clove
  • Celtic salt (few pinches) and pepper
  • 1 handful of dill
  • 2 teaspoons of hemp oil


Use a food processor or a hand blender and mix all the ingredients for approximately 1 minute. Add more hemp oil depending the consistency you prefer.

After a minute you will have a proper creamy cheeze.

You can use it with your favorite rice crackers, toast, or as a base of a sandwich as shown, with apple sage sausages, or mexican chipotle sausages, slices of tomato and beetroot.  Simple as!
