Christmas and the power of a veggie roast!

We all have family and friends who are not plant-based.  And we all have family and friends who are looking forward to a slaughterhouse-meat based Christmas lunch (barf). But I recommend turning up on Christmas Day with a Tofurky Veggie Roast with Wild Rice Stuffing, either ready to cook or pre-cooked before you arrive, and serving it up beautifully with roasted vegetables or a fabulous, colourful salad.  If our 73 year old, hot-rod and country music loving neighbour can totally dig this roast and not know it’s animal-free, then anyone’s family can dig it! Our vegan baby is here!

That title is a bit deceiving, we haven't really had a vegan baby, even though that would be lovely.  I'll be content to goo over babies as I pass them in the street :-) No, what I mean is our Vegan Pantry Brisbane baby is now here and we hope you will embrace us in the amazing vegan community here in Brisbane.  We're young and new and we really want to grow to offer so much more!  All of you inspire us to want to give back in every way we can (more on that later...)
