This is a really easy and simple way to do your cashew cheeze.
2 cups of cashews, previously soaked overnight
Juice of 1 lemon
1 garlic clove
Celtic salt (few pinches) and pepper
1 handful of dill
2 teaspoons of hemp oil
Use a food processor or a hand blender and mix all the ingredients for approximately 1 minute. Add more hemp oil depending the consistency you prefer.
After a minute you will have a proper creamy cheeze.
