Sun-dried Tomato Creamy Sauce
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Serves: 500g
300g silken soft tofu
200g sun-dried tomatoes
Pinch of salt
Pinch of pepper
Olive oil and basil to garnish
In a mixer, blend the soft tofu, salt and pepper. Put it aside.
Now blend the sun-dried tomatoes.
Mix all together.
Garnish with olive oil and basil on the top.
Green Olive Ricotta
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Serves: 300g
200g hard tofu
70g chopped green olives
10g olive oil
15g lemon juice
1 tbsp nutritional yeast
Pinch of salt
Pinch of pepper
Olive oil and oregano to garnish
In a mixer, blend the hard tofu, lemon juice, nutritional yeast, salt and pepper.
Add chopped olives and mix it.
Garnish with olive oil and oregano on the top.
