Preparation time: 30 minutes
Serves: 9 serves of 50g
100g nuts (cashews, macadamias, walnuts, Brazil nuts, pistachios, etc)
60g dried fruits (grapes, cranberries, etc)
25g banana chips
25g coconut flakes
25g seeds (sunflower, pepitas, etc)
40g maple syrup
1 tbsp coconut oil
In a pan fry, toast the nuts. Reserve it in a bowl.
In the same pan fry, put coconut oil and toast the oats. Then add the banana chips, seeds, coconut flakes and toast it. Now add dried fruits, the toasted nuts and the maple syrup. Mix everything together. Let it cool down in a tray before eat.
