Vegan Protein Balls

Serving size: 4 portions 
Preparation time: 20 minutes 
150g dried dates
60g nuts
1 scoop vegan protein powder 
1 tbsp cocoa powder 
1 tbsp peanut butter 
1/2 tbsp coconut oil
1 tbsp hemp seeds 
30g dried cranberries
Coconut flakes to roll
Soak dates and nuts in boiling water for 15 minutes. Drain the water. Blend nuts until lightly crushed and put it aside. Now blend dates, vegan protein powder, cocoa powder, coconut oil and peanut butter until very creamy. 
Add hemp seeds, cranberries and the crushed nuts and mix it.
Shape into balls and roll it in coconut flakes.
