Tasty Thai pan-fried exotic mushrooms with four other types of vegetables encased in soft and fluffy buns. The dough is tasty with a mix of wholewheat and has pillowy texture and at its best when steam.
Combination of seven types of vegetable and 3 exotic mushroom with a bit of crisp texture.

Ingredients: Plain flour, cabbage, wholewheat flour, shitake mushroom, oyster mushroom, pearl mushroom, carrot, rice bran oil, sugar, water chestnut, mushroom sauce, cornflour, soy sauce, radish, baking powder, salt, mushroom soy sauce, sesame oil, yeast, pepper.

Cooking Instructions:

Steam: Place frozen buns into a steamer on a rack or baking paper and steam them for 10-15 minutes with medium heat and serve.

Microwave: Sprinkle water generously over buns and cover with microwave cover. Microwave on HIGH for 1-2 minutes.
