The whole range of Turban Chopsticks products are gluten and wheat free, including our new Little Bites range, which use gluten free flours like chickpea, tapioca, maize, potato and rice.

Yes, the Turban Chopsticks range is 100% vegan. No animal or dairy is used in the making of our products. Some of our recipes suggest the addition of yogurt or butter, however this is completely optional and vegan substitutes for these ingredients are great in this instance. There is no chicken used in our Butter Chicken Curry Paste, which has been designed work as an excellent Indian masala paste and curry base for both a Traditional Butter Chicken Curry or Vegetarian alternative
