Use vegan seafood with fresh corn kernels for a crispy corn fritter. Make the mix in advance, refrigerate and use when needed. Excellent on the barbecue. Replace water with coconut milk, for an extra indulgent treat.

The whole range of Turban Chopsticks products are gluten and wheat free, including our new Little Bites range, which use gluten free flours like chickpea, tapioca, maize, potato and rice.
We do not use any fillers in our curry pastes.
Yes, the Turban Chopsticks range is 100% vegan. No animal or dairy is used in the making of our products. Some of our recipes suggest the addition of yogurt or butter, however this is completely optional and vegan substitutes for these ingredients are great in this instance. There is no chicken used in our Butter Chicken Curry Paste, which has been designed work as an excellent Indian masala paste and curry base for both a Traditional Butter Chicken Curry or Vegetarian alternative.
